High School Applicants: minimum 3.0 high school cumulative grade point average; the qualifying grade point average is based exclusively upon credit hours from accredited high schools; must be fully admissible to PSU as a first-time freshman with no more than 29 transfer college credits. Note that a non-resident posessing a non-immigrant or temporary visa (e.g. B,C, D, F, J or M) is not eligible for this award. Students must complete the Early Award Application to be considered. No applications will be considered after February 1, 2010. |
